Shipping / Returns
Unless otherwise noted all orders ship within two business days of being placed.
All items are packaged to insure safe transit to your door! Used records are cleaned via Ultra Sonic, shipped outside the cover in a clean inner sleeve, then placed behind the cover which is in a clean plastic outer sleeve (with the exception of the records in our Budget Vinyl Collection, where cleaning and new sleeves is an optional add-on charge). Stiffeners are used to protect the contents from damage due to postal wear. All packages have a delivery confirmation number, which allows you to track the package (when the postal service scans it).
Please note we have no control over the postal service, if you need your package by a certain time it is recommended you choose priority shipping. Standard shipping is cheap but can be very slow. We cannot be responsible for the postal service delays. If you'd like your order shipped via a service we are not offering feel free to email us before placing an order, if it's something we can do we'll send you a customized invoice and process your order manually. We require International orders to be insured, cost of insurance is included in the shipping cost.
International orders are valued at purchase price for customs purposes. We WILL NOT ship an item as a gift, that not only against the law and could result in major prosecution against you as the buyer. It also doesn't not allow for us to insure your purchase against theft, damage or loss and we require all international packages to be insured.
We have updated our product listings to include a shipping tab to provide you with a quick and easy reference based on each item. Please refer to that tab within the product listing for specific shipping details and rates.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order and will be examined on a case by case basis. Obviously we want you to be pleased with your order, which is why we've taken the extra time up front to be incredibly thorough in our listings with regards to condition via pictures and descriptions. We feel that if you take the time to review this information there should be very little occasion for disappointment once you receive your order. Of course we are only human and will occasionally make mistakes, if that be the case we'll happily make the situation right.
In all other matters returns will be accepted within 14 days of the items delivery. The item must be in the same condition as delivered. Items that were sealed may not be returned if they have been opened. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and delivery confirmation is required as proof of shipment and the ability to track. In most circumstances all shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a returned item was initially shipped as part of a free shipping discount a $5 fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded to account for our initial shipping costs.
