Shipping

Shipping Days:

Orders ship every morning Monday - Friday, with exception of postal holidays.  Orders placed after 9pm MST on Thursday are not shipped out until Monday.

Please make sure your shipping address matches your Paypal confirmed shipping address.  We will only ship to the address that is confirmed in your Paypal payment.  If you enter a shipping address different than your Paypal shipping address it may delay (or prevent) the shipping of your order.

Domestic Shipping (USA): 

We reserve the right to ship with signature required at delivery in certain cases of higher value orders or differences in buyer and receiver addresses.  If you are not home to sign for the package or fail to pick up the package within the time frame the post office provides and the package is returned to us a refund less shipping and Paypal fees will processed unless you wish to pay to have it resent.

Media Mail: $7.00 flat rate no matter how many media items you purchase.  Exception is on Bundle Lots which shipping cost is based on the weight.

Ground Advantage / Priority Mail: Based on weight, dimensions and location. If Priority Mail is not an option for you at checkout it is because your order exceeds our pre-determined package calculations.  You can contact us to request a customize rate for your order.

International Shipping:

For countries we do not have shipping rates setup for, or have ceased shipping to, if you are willing to pay via Bitcoin you are welcome to contact us and we can discuss how you can place an order.  We can also offer slightly lower first class international rates via Asendia for all International orders (excluding Canada) paid with Bitcoin, contact us for more details.

If you are located outside the USA please note as a small business we do not have access to high discount international shipping rates.  Thus what we charge is what it costs us in postage and insurance to ship overseas.  

Insurance is built into the cost of all international orders.  We insure all international orders and as such are required to accurately value all packages.  We DO NOT mark packages as gifts.  Make sure you are aware of your countries customs fees and taxes, and are prepared to pay them.  Any package returned to us for failure to pay these fees will result in a 20% restocking fee and loss of any shipping related costs.

At this time we DO NOT ship to the following countries:
China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Russia, UK (which includes Ireland & Scotland), Ukraine, Denmark.

No more shipping to Germany, thanks to their LUCID Packaging requirement law.

First Class International: Limited to packages under 4lbs and under $400.  If your order including shipping is over $400 you must select Priority Mail International (or UPS) at checkout.  Failure to do so will result in us sending you an invoice for the difference.

Note: Some countries no longer participate in the USPS E-DELCON tracking program.  If it says NO in the Full Tracking column on the below chart that means tracking will stop updating after it leaves the United States.  In these cases the UPS option is the only method that will have tracking, contact us for a quote if the UPS option is not showing up for you.

Rates below DO NOT include customs fees and taxes your country may charge you upon delivery.

7" Vinyl Singles: 4 singles = 1
78's: 1 shellac = 2
