Original Italian 2 Fogli poster for the Italian release of Butterfly In The Night released in Italy under the title Come una cagna in calore.  The film was a Spanish comedy / drama starring Argentinean sex symbol Isabel Sarli as a prostitute in Paris who taken back to her country of Argentina by a smitten wealthy landowner.

The poster features sexy art of Sarli wearing nothing but a pair of black pantyhose, cupping her bare breasts with her hands.
