This is an original poster for the film's release in Italy under the title L'uomo di Hong Kong.  It's the is the enormous 4 foglio version which is two separate 2 foglio posters usually glued together.

Condition: Good / Very Good - some small holes in a few of the cross-folds and some minor cracking along some of the fold lines.  We repaired a few areas that had clean splits along the fold lines, and a few small tears on the back with archival acid free document repair tape.
