In our research the only Willard that was credited in any of the same projects as Barbara was Willard Sage who played Cletes in the 1967 episode of The Virginian.  This would accurately match with the age Barbara appears to be in the photograph.

Condition: Very Good - there is some light staining in the top left corner, and some smearing of the autograph on Barbara's last name.
